Our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) phones are crafted from recycled materials, making them an eco-conscious choice. Please note that your SageTea Edge is not a brand-new phone, but a high-quality CPO phone that is built to last.

Our mission is to keep your phone running for years, eliminating the need for frequent upgrades. To achieve this, we offer a comprehensive warranty program tailored to your needs. For a monthly fee of $9, you gain access to our lifetime warranty, covering reasonable repairs and replacements. If you accidentally damage your phone, such as a cracked screen, we will replace it at no additional charge.

In addition to our warranty program, we provide various benefits to SageTea Edge customers. When you choose to upgrade your hardware after a few years, we offer a substantial discount on your next SageTea Edge purchase. In certain cases, you may even receive your next SageTea Edge for free. We responsibly recycle your old phone and provide you with another CPO phone in the same category.

At SageTea Edge, we are committed to meeting your needs and ensuring an exceptional SageTea Edge experience. If you have any specific requests for your Linux operating system, such as pre-installed applications or libraries, please inform us, and we will accommodate your request at no extra cost. Our customer support is available throughout the lifetime of your SageTea Edge, providing ongoing updates and incorporating pre-installed features requested by other SageTea Edge users.


Our CPO phones offer a unique combination of environmental friendliness, affordability, and durability. Our warranty program is designed to enhance your SageTea Edge experience while considering the environment. Please note that when repairing any product, SageTea Edge may utilize rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts and components. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned, or SageTea Edge product.

Kindly be aware that after-sales assistance is provided only in regions where we offer shipments, including repairs, replacements, and returns. SageTea Edge accepts no liability for orders placed outside of official sales regions.

The limited warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use, including exposure to liquids, moisture, dampness, sand, dirt, or abnormal conditions.

  2. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.

  3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or the use of metallic objects on the touch screen.

  4. Devices with removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible serial or IMEI numbers.

  5. Ordinary wear and tear.

  6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of accessories, products, or peripheral equipment not provided or approved by SageTea Edge.

  7. Physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by SageTea Edge.

  8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of electrical sources.

Please note that SageTea Edge warranty does not cover shipping expenses for customers outside Ontario, Canada.

Extended warranty plan options:

  1. No water damage or loss protection.

  2. $7.99 per month covers physical damage to the Camera, Charging port assembly, Screen, Speakers, and Volume/Power buttons. A $99 deductible applies.

  3. $12.99 per month covers physical damage to the Camera, Charging port assembly, Screen, Speakers, and Volume/Power buttons. No deductible applies.
